# Hướng dẫn cách kích hoạt phần mềm

**Bước 1.** Mở Email kích hoạt:

**Bước 2:** Truy cập vào đường dẫn được cung cấp trong email:

\-     **SharePoint Site URL:** SharePoint Site dùng để lưu trữ cơ sở dữ liệu của phần mềm. Đây là SharePoint Site do khách hàng tạo trên SharePoint của đơn vị như hướng dẫn ([link](/product-docs-1/huong-dan-cai-dat-va-cau-hinh-cho-quan-tri-vien/huong-dan-kich-hoat-san-pham/huong-dan-them-moi-sharepoint-site.md)).

\-      **License Key:** Mã kích hoạt được cung cấp qua email

**Bước 3:** Sau khi thêm SharePoint site và License Key, chọn “Tôi đồng ý với Điều khoản dịch vụ và Chính sách bảo mật của SP365” và chọn “Đồng ý”

**Bước 4:** Chọn “Đăng nhập với Global Admin” và đăng nhập với tài khoản Global Admin của Microsoft 365.&#x20;

Nếu bạn không có quyền Global Admin, vẫn có thể kích hoạt được phần mềm.

**Bước 5:** Chọn **“Consent on behalf of your organization”** và **“Accept”**

**Bước 6:** Màn hình chờ thiết lập trang trong khoảng vài phút (phụ thuộc vào tốc độ mạng)

Sau khi hoàn thành kích hoạt phần mềm thành công, màn hình Setting sẽ hiển thị như bên dưới:
