# Cách 2: Thêm mới trên SharePoint

**Bước 1**: Từ màn hình chính chọn **\<Setting>** => chọn **\<Dữ liệu kết nối>** => chọn **\<Sharepoint List>**

**Bước 2**: Trong SharePoint, từ menu chọn **\<Site Content>**

**Bước 3**: Chọn **\<New>** tiếp đến chọn **\<List>**, sau đó chọn **\<Blank List>**

**Bước 4**: Đặt tên cho list và chọn **\<Create>**&#x20;

<mark style="color:red;">Lưu ý: Tên list không có dấu cách, có thể liên kết các từ bằng dấu gạch dưới</mark>&#x20;

<mark style="color:red;">List sau khi tạo không được đổi tên do url sẽ theo tên list cũ. Nếu đặt tên sai thì nên tạo list mới.</mark>&#x20;

**Bước 5**: Sau khi đã tạo được list, chọn **\<Add Column>** để thêm cột, chọn dạng dữ liệu **\<Text>**

<mark style="color:red;">**Lưu ý:**</mark> <mark style="color:red;"></mark><mark style="color:red;">sao chép đường link truy cập đến list và lưu tạm (notepad, stickynote,...)</mark>

**Bước 6**: Đặt tên cột mới là **Code** và chọn click vào tùy chọn **\<Enforce unique volume>** để đảm bảo giá trị code là duy nhất. Ấn **\<Save>**

<mark style="color:red;">Có thể thêm mới các cột khác nếu cần thiết. Hệ thống yêu cầu list cần tối thiếu 2 cột là Title và Code</mark>

**Bước 7**: Thêm mới các giá trị vào list

<mark style="color:red;">Lưu ý: các giá trị trong cột Code là</mark> <mark style="color:red;"></mark><mark style="color:red;">**giá trị duy nhất, viết liền không dấu**</mark>

**Bước 8**: Sau khi hoàn thành list, vào **\<Setting>** chọn **\<Dữ liệu kết nối>,** chọn **\<Thêm mới với đường dẫn>**

**Bước 9:** Điền Tiêu đ&#x1EC1;**, d**án đường dẫn đã sao chép ở bước 5 vào ListsUrl. Bấm **\<Tạo>**

**Bước 10:** Vào **\<Setting>** và chọn **\<Clear Cache>**
