# Tạo Folder lưu file sau khi trình ký
Với mỗi Văn bản, tùy thuộc vào mục đích sử dụng, sau khi trình ký sẽ được lưu trữ ở một hoặc một vài thư mục khác nhau. Admin cần thiết lập các thư mục lưu trữ trước khi cấu hình văn bản.
**Bước 1**: Vào SharePoint, chọn list “**Category\_UrlFolderDMS**”.
**Bước 2**: Thêm thông tin cho các Folder lưu trữ:
* Title: Tên của folder, ví dụ: Văn bản Phòng hành chính, Thông báo chung…
* FolderUrl: Link SharePoint của Folder, có thể ở khác site với site lưu trữ CSDL của SP365, thường là Folder trong DMS của công ty.
*Điều kiện cần: Người duyệt cuối cùng của 1 luồng trình ký phải có quyền Edit cho folder.*
***Lưu ý:*** Cách lấy đúng đường dẫn lưu trữ:
Bước 1: Tạo thư mục trong Sharepoint Site nơi cần lưu trữ
Bước 2: Chọn "Chi tiết"
Bước 3: Kéo xuống dưới cùng ở phần Path có nút Copy
(Có thể kiểm tra lại bằng cách paste link này vào tab mới trong trình duyệt và truy cập)
Bước 4: Sử dụng đường dẫn này thêm vào list “**Category\_UrlFolderDMS**” và Xóa bộ nhớ đệm
