# Thêm mới Sharepoint Site

Để kích hoạt phần mềm, Admin cần tạo mới một SharePoint Site riêng cho việc lưu trữ.

B1: Đăng nhập vào  <https://m365.cloud.microsoft>

B2: Trên thanh tìm kiếm gõ "Sharepoint" và lựa chọn. Nếu không tìm thấy SharePoint, từ màn hình chính chọn Tất cả ứng dụng (Apps) để xem danh sách các ứng dụng và bấm chọn Sharepoint.

B3: Sau khi truy cập vào SharePoint, chọn "+ Tạo site"

B4: Chọn <mark style="color:yellow;">**Site Nhóm**</mark>:

B5: Điền tên site, thiết đặt quyền riêng tư (chọn nhóm Công khai - Public) và ngôn ngữ. Ấn Tiếp tục => Hoàn tất. (không cần thêm thành viên)

<mark style="color:red;">Lưu ý: Trong một vài tổ chức, người tạo site SharePoint mà không phải là Global Admin có thể bị giới hạn quyền, không thể tạo được site Public, từ đó người dùng khác không thể truy cập phần mềm sau khi cài đặt xong các thông tin cơ bản. Trong trường hợp này, khi tạo site, quản trị viên cần thêm từng thành viên cho site để có thể sử dụng phần mềm.</mark>

Trường thông tin của Site Sharepoint cần lưu ý:\
\*Tên Site

\*Đường dẫn

\*Đổi Privacy Settings thành <mark style="color:yellow;">Public</mark>

Lưu ý: Nếu đơn vị đã có sẵn một SharePoint Site đang ở trạng thái Private và muốn dùng để làm nơi lưu trữ cơ sở dữ liệu cho SP365, cần update để chuyển thành Site Public.

Với Site Private, để sử dụng phần mềm, Admin cần thêm từng user vào làm Member của Site. Sau khi chuyển Site sang Public, Admin không cần phải thêm từng user vào site, chỉ cần thêm UserProfile là đã có thể sử dụng phần mềm.

Để chuyển sang Public Site, làm theo các bước sau:

Bước 1: Truy cập trang chủ của SharePoint Site, Chọn biểu tượng ⚙ ở góc trên cùng bên phải.

Bước 2: Chọn Site information /Thông tin Site

Bước 3: Trong phần Privacy setting đổi từ Private sang Public và ấn Save để lưu.
