# Tạo mới yêu cầu

**Bước 1**: Chọn Quy trình, hệ thống hiển thị Danh sách các Quy trình:

**Bước 2**: Chọn một Quy trình trong danh sách, nhấn **< + Thêm mới>**

**Bước 3**: Nhập thông tin quy trình đã được định nghĩa trước, chọn người xử lý bước tiếp theo:

Hệ thông sẽ xác định người nhận yêu cầu xử lý tiếp theo của bạn.

Bước 4: Bấm **\<Xác nhận>**, hệ thống thực hiện:

* Kiểm tra xem đã đủ các thông tin bắt buộc, nếu chưa đủ hệ thống sẽ chuyển tới trương thông tin cần nhập và cảnh báo đỏ, ví dụ như sau

* Nếu đã đủ thông tin, hệ thống chuyển hồ sơ sang bước 2 với người xử lý được chọn trong danh sách
* Lưu ý: Nếu người dùng chỉ thuộc 1 phòng ban, trường “Phòng ban tạo yêu cầu” sẽ không hiển thị.&#x20;
