# Chức năng \<Chuyển xử lý>

Người dùng sử dụng chức năng chuyển xử lý khi cần người khác phê duyệt giúp một tài liệu/yêu cầu. Sau chuyển xử lý cho người khác, người dùng vẫn có thể tự phê duyệt. &#x20;

Trong một bước được chuyển xử lý, đề xuất người dùng chỉ chuyển xử lý cho người có quyền phê duyệt ngang cấp của mình.&#x20;

**Bước 1**: Từ thanh chức năng phía bên dưới tên yêu cầu, chọn **\<Chuyển xử lý>**

**Bước 2**: Chọn người xử lý và lý do
