1. Chọn tab **\<Công việc>**, hệ thống hiển thị danh sách các công việc

2. Người dùng chọn **\<Thêm công việc>** để giao một công việc, hệ thống tự động gắn công việc vào quy trình hiện thời.

Người dùng điền thông tin công việc cần xử lý – công việc không lặp lại hay có tính lặp lại theo ngày trong tuần và ngày trong tháng. Sau khi điền đầy đủ thông tin. Chọn **\<Tạo>**.&#x20;

3. Chức năng xem và cập nhật công việc tương tự như chức năng quản lý công việc bên ngoài.&#x20;
