# Chức năng \<Lịch sử>

1. Chọn Tab **\<Lịch sử>**, hệ thống hiển thị lịch sử xử lý yêu cầu theo thứ tự thời gian

2. Nhấn **\<Xem thêm>** để xem chi tiết các giá trị nhập tại bước được ghi lịch sử

a. Nhấn vào tên file nếu muốn xem nội dung file đính kèm
