# Chức năng \<Từ chối>

**Bước 1**: Từ thanh chức năng phía dưới tên luồng, chọn \<Từ chối>, hệ thống hiển thị màn hình xử lý

**Bước 2**: Nhập \<Lý do từ chối>&#x20;

**Bước 3**: Nhấn \<Xác nhận> để xác nhận Hủy yêu cầu, khi đó yêu cầu sẽ kết thúc quá trính xử lý và có trạng thái là “Từ chối”&#x20;
