# Quy trình

Người dùng có thể thêm mới hoặc xử lý các yêu cầu thuộc quy trình trực tiếp trên app mà không cần phải thao tác trên máy tính.

## 1. Menu Quy trình

a.    **Tất cả:** Chứa tất cả các quy trình đã được tạo

b.   **Chờ tôi xử lý:** các yêu cầu cần được xử lý

c.    **Tôi tạo:** Các yêu cầu do người dùng tạo, có thể đang đợi người khác xử lý hoặc đã hoàn thành

d.    **Tôi theo dõi:** các yêu cầu mà người dùng được thêm vào làm người theo dõi, hoặc đã xử lý các bước trước đó và hiện tại đang chờ người khác xử lý/đã hoàn thành.

o   **\<Lịch sử>**: Hiển thị lịch sử xử lý yêu cầu theo từng bước

o   **\<Công việc>**: Các công việc được đính trên yêu cầu

o   **\<Tiến trình>**: Hiển thị tiến trình của công việc đến thời điểm hiện tại theo cấu hình quy trình được tạo

\-        Các thao tác: Phê duyệt, Từ chối, Trả lại, Chuyển xử lý, Hủy

o   **\<Phê duyệt>**: Hiển thị màn hình xử lý yêu cầu, nhập liệu và xác nhận hoàn thành bước hiện tại.

o   **\<Từ chối>**: Từ chối toàn bộ yêu cầu

o   **\<Trả lại>**: Trả lại bước xử lý gần nhất

o   **\<Hủy>**: Hủy bỏ toàn bộ yêu cầu này
