# Gửi yêu cầu hỗ trợ qua SP365

Để gửi yêu cầu hỗ trợ, người dùng thực hiện lần lượt thao tác sau:

**Bước 1**: Bấm nút \<?>

**Bước 2**: Trên giao diện Ticket365, phần "Danh sách Ticket" hiển thị lần lượt các yêu cầu

**Bước 3**: Bấm \<Gửi ticket>

**Bước 4**: Nhập "Tiêu đề ticket" và "Nội dung yêu cầu".

Lưu ý khi gửi ticket để nhân viên tiếp nhận có thể hỗ trợ nhanh nhất:

1.Tiêu đề ticket: Viết ngắn gọn, có tên module cần hỗ trợ

2.Nội dung yêu cầu: Mô tả chi tiết yêu cầu, thao tác

3.Nội dung bổ sung hữu ích:

\+ Thông báo lỗi, mã lỗi

\+ Dán đường dẫn bản ghi gặp lỗi

\+ Ảnh chụp màn hình thao tác gặp lỗi

**Bước 5**: Bấm \<Gửi ticket>. Ticket hiển thị trong danh sách và gửi tới đội hỗ trợ thành công
