# Thiếu/Mất tính năng trong SP365 bản trình duyệt

*Dưới đây là hướng dẫn xử lý khi thiếu hoặc mất tính năng trên SP365 do các trình duyệt hoặc tiện ích mở rộng chặn*

#### **Nguyên nhân:**

Một số trình duyệt có tính năng Tracking Prevention (ví dụ như Edge) hoặc các tiện ích mở rộng chặn quảng cáo có thể vô tình chặn một số yếu tố trên trang web, dẫn đến thiếu hoặc mất tính năng của SP365.<br>

#### **Cách xử lý:**

***1. Trình duyệt Edge: Tracking Prevention***

Bước 1: Bấm biểu tượng 3 chấm và chọn Cài đặt (Settings)

Bước 2: Chọn Privacy, Search, and Services, sau đó chọn Tracking Prevention

Bước 3: Chọn Exceptions

Bước 4: Chọn Add site và thêm địa chỉ môi trường SP365 mà doanh nghiệp đang sử dụng

***2. Tiện ích mở rộng (Extensions)***

Tùy thuộc vào tiện ích mở rộng, bạn có thể thực hiện các lựa chọn sau để tạm dừng hoặc vô hiệu hóa chặn quảng cáo cho SP365:

* AdBlock: Chọn Pause on this site để tạm dừng chặn quảng cáo cho trang web. Sau đó, tải lại trang
